The autoresponder is ideally suited in those situations where you find yourself always
answering the same e-mail question. If you find yourself answering the same question
using a standard reply, you probably could use an autoresponder.

We have two types of responder available to you. One is called "pass-thru" whereby
the responder confirms that a message has been received and that it has been
forwarded to you. This is much like a delivery confirmation.

Our responder can also be set to answering-only mode. This is particularly well suited
to reply to e-mail messages that request the same information from you, such as
requests for company information, calendar of events, price lists, product listings and
descriptions, or schedules. When the responder receives a messages, it will
automatically reply with a pre-written message. This is very similar to a fax-on-demand
system.

Note that the Autoresponder can be integrated with other features such as
email-redirection. The Autoresponder works without your intervention 24 hours a day, 7
days a week, 365 days a year. Sit back, relax, and let the Autoresponder do the work!

Also note that the Autoresponder feature can be easily integrated with other features such as the Email Filter and Email Redirection feature.

To demonstrate the pass-thru mode, send a question about our plans, or features to our Sales and Marketing Department. Our system will transfer your inquiry to the Sales Department, and at the same time, it also sends you an automated message acknowledging receipt of your message.
