To establish a Virtual Host at DomainNameRegistration.com, you MUST have a registered domain name stored in the whois database maintained by the Network Information Center (InterNIC).

Assuming that you don't have an existing domain name and would like us to register one for you, nowadays it generally takes a few days to have a well prepared application accepted by InterNIC (for the COM domain type only. Other types may take longer).

Afterwards, it takes another business day for InterNIC to enter your domain name in the whois database. And, after that, you need to wait for InterNIC to update its root name servers (if you don't understand what a root name server is, don't worry. Most people don't :-). Then, it will take a day or two for your name to be picked up by name servers around the world. Only afterwards your domain name can be considered visible worldwide.

Before then, you can access your account only by using the numerical IP address assigned to your Virtual Host. After your domain name is visible worldwide, you can use your domain name for account access.
