In short, yes. You can use any development tool. They all produce the same end result.
Anything that creates html code can be used, even text editors.
Your virtual Web site hosted by AmericanTopDomain is compatible with many Web publishing
tools listed below, with noted caveats.
Netscape Navigator Gold: This product works with our system. After
selecting "Publish" when you are finished editing your files, enter ftp://www.yourdomain.com (where "yourdomain"
is the name of your domain) for the host and your username and password when the program
asks you for them. Please be sure you are familar with all the features of this program
before trying it out on your site. If used incorrectly, Navigator Gold can harm your Web

Adobe PageMill/Sitemill: This product works with our system. It does
not include file transfer capabilities; it is a client-side only program, as most html
editors are. A separate ftp client such as Fetch or ws_ftp is still necessary to transfer

BBEdit: This product works with our system. Use the "Open from
FTP server" and "Save to FTP Server" to transfer files to and from your Web

Microsoft ® FrontPage ®: This product works with our system. If you
use it, we recommend you to install the Personal Web Server that comes with your FrontPage
CD on your personal computer. This way, you can create your web site locally on your
computer without worry about network connections, file transfers and other distractions.
Since everything is processed locally, it's much faster too.
After your are done with your site design and content creation on your computer, you can
click on the [Publish] button of your FrontPage client to transfer your web site content
to our servers.
Since our server has the latest Microsoft FrontPage Server extensions installed, so the
transfer, and content updates should be transparent to you.

For our UNIX hosting plans, our own Account Manager toolkit also offers a set of flexible
and effective web presence utilities. You may wish to use them in conjunction with what
FrontPage Server extensions offer to enhance your web presence. Thus you have the best of
